Job Details
This highly regarded and internationally recognised London-based law firm are seeking a real estate solicitor with ideally upwards of 1 years' PQE to work on a 12-month FTC within their real estate group. The firm acts across all sectors of the industry on complex and high-profile development and investment work, with an exciting client base ranging from both private individuals to property companies as well as public bodies. Any experience providing real estate advice to clients within those sectors would be of interest.
Responsibilities of the job include a broad range of real estate work, including:
- Investment (acquisitions and disposals)
- Leasing
- Development
- Forward sale/forward funding
- Real estate finance/ join ventures and funds
- Corporate real estate/support
The successful solicitor will have demonstrable post qualification experience in commercial real estate law. They must also be technically able, proactive and a resilient problem solver. Our client expects high levels of client service and so the successful candidate must have a strong instinct for this and be willing to take on responsibility.
It is also likely that the successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor within England & Wales, or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia or New Zealand, for example) and have gained their post qualified experience within a leading International, City or West End firm.
This represents a unique opportunity for the successful real estate solicitor to join a highly regarded and internationally recognised London-based law firm on a 12-month fixed term contract.
