Commercial Contracts & EU Procurement Lawyer

Our client a local authority based in North-West London are seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team for an initial three-month assignment with the prospect of extension thereafter.

The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a full caseload of Commercial Contracts and EU Procurement matters.  Your workload will require you to have experience of handling drafting and negotiating contracts. In addition to this you will be expected to take on drafting and amending contracts within the context of tender regulations and EU procurement roles. As such, previous experience of working within the public sector is highly desirable. EU Procurement experience is essential.

The Council offers a positive working atmosphere and several interesting projects. The council is offering a hybrid working model, although they are currently working fully remotely.  Due to the urgent nature of the role, it is imperative that you are available on no more than two weeks’ notice.

Candidates must have a current practising certificate.
