Affordable Housing Manager 4+ To 70,000 SURREY
This premier Surrey firm is looking for an Affordable Housing Manager to work on either a full or 4 day week basis selling affordable housing units at development sites which the team have recently acquired for their housebuilder clients. You will also be working closely with the development sales team handling site set-up work. Broad-ranging role including creating sales packs, setting up data sites, drafting documents for the sale of the affordable units and answering enquiries and dealing with exchange and completion.
