Bhatt Murphy Solicitors seeks a highly motivated and organised Practice Manager to join our award-winning human rights practice in Dalston, East London.  This pivotal role will involve the successful candidate working together with the firm’s partners to ensure that we remain best placed to serve the needs of our clients, for whom our work can be life-changing.  The successful candidate will be supportive of our commitment to challenging the abuse of state power on behalf of our clients.

Our Practice Manager is key to our success.  We seek an organised, ethical, proactive problem solver with strong communication and IT skills to lead our operational team. Candidates will have knowledge of current employment law/ HR practices and will nurture constructive working relationships across the firm.  You will need management experience at a senior level - ideally gained in a law firm - including in relation to finance, IT and/or HR functions.  

As the Practice Manager will be responsible for the management of the firm’s premises regular attendance in the office will be necessary; however, there is scope for hybrid and flexible working.  The salary range is between £50k and £60k per annum depending on relevant experience and qualifications. There is also the potential for an additional annual bonus payment.
