Conveyancer- Oxford

Excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a well-established and progressive law firm.

Our client is an award-winning national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Conveyancer to join their busy Plot Sales team in Oxford.

The hiring team deals with a wide range of house builders and developers, ranging from those in the top 20 in the country to smaller builders. The team deals with the full range of associated work including part-exchange; setting up estate management schemes; and helping clients to navigate the complexities of the Help-to-Buy scheme. The role will involve running your own caseload assisting clients through the drafting of relevant documents as well as ensuring compliance to enable housing transactions to go through smoothly.

To be considered, you must have experience of running your own conveyancing caseload.
