This US Law firm are looking for stellar candidates to join the Technology Companies group, as part of an ongoing growth drive.
The incoming candidate will be supporting on market-leading transactions for technology and life sciences companies - including venture financings, private equity buyouts and M&A transactions.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced work environment, with a high level of client contact from a junior level.
Candidates will have Technology sector experience (particularly venture capital experience) and will be either UK, US or Irish qualified.
