JOB TITLE:                              Locum Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED:                      3+
LOCATION:                              Nottinghamshire
HOURLY RATE:                       £35-£40 (outside IR35)

THE ROLE:
A short-term position has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Locum Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters including but not limited to sales, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold work and new plot purchases. You will be available from 19th – 22nd April inclusive.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed conveyancer will be personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. This role requires 100% office presence.
