Are you a Senior level Planning Solicitor who has hit a brick wall in their career progression and is keen to work for a law firm that can match your ambition to work towards Partnership? 

My client is a leading Legal 100 law firm, based outside of Southampton, which has an opening for a Planning Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join a successful planning team. In this exciting role you will be tasked with building your own planning team, so supervision experience is required. You'll be advising on urban and rural schemes whilst acting for a variety of clients including private clients, landowners, house-builders, banks and housing associations. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.  

You will be a Senior Associate in a bigger firm/team looking for a role where you can genuinely work towards partnership and can grow your own planning team.  

My client can offer hybrid working between the Southampton office and remotely from home.

This Senior Associate Planning Law Solicitor role will involve: 
  • Grow your own planning team
  • Clear career path from the outset to work towards Partnership
  • Working with a wide range of planning law matters
