Job Details
My client is looking for a senior lawyer with vast experience of property finance work (specialist lending market is desired) as well as taking the lead and project manage on transactions. You will be advising on a broad range of in-depth structured real estate finance (secured and unsecured) deals.
This is a key placement for someone looking to progress as they have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting stage of growth. If you are ambitious, technically skilled, good with clients and looking for a law firm that will give you the career you desire, then this opportunity would be the perfect fit for you.
This Southampton-based role as a Property Finance Senior Associate/Partner will involve:
- Handling high value transactions and building your own caseload

- Mentor the junior solicitors and paralegals in the team
