The Role A varied role for a 3+ PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor, reporting to a Partner, to take responsibility for a case load of high value commercial disputes requiring a highly organised and talented individual to be able review, negotiate and draft legal documents, manage and instruct counsel (where necessary). The work will involve commercial and competition disputes, IT/IP, procurement, fraud and debt. The Candidate 3 + PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a strong academic record and commercial awareness.
