Pensions Solicitor, NQ to 5 PQE - Manchester

Our client is a leading global law firm who are seeking to recruit a pensions solicitor with 0-5 years' PQE to join their team in Manchester.

The national team act for pension fund trustees, public authorities, pensions consultants and administrators, insurers and other financial institutions, large corporates and pensions providers such as master trusts on a range of non-contentious transactional, strategic and advisory pensions matters.

As a member of the team, working closely with colleagues from the restructuring, corporate and funds teams, you will advise trustees and employers, draft scheme rules and other documentation and work to de-risk transactions and corporate transactions. You should be able to explain complex things in simple terms and be capable of building long-term relationships with clients. You will need to be enthusiastic about business development and networking, and keen to get involved where necessary.

To be considered for this role you will need to have gained up to five years' relevant post-qualification experience within a law firm or in-house. Trainee solicitors will be considered for this role if you have relevant experience.
