Job Details
City practice is hiring a property litigator to join the team. The firm focusses on property litigation matters, particularly those concerning residential and commercial property.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in property litigation within a commercial setting
- Experience in litigation concerning commercial property (e.g. LTA 1954 matters) – acting for both landlords and tenants; Residential service charge and other landlord and tenant disputes;
- Ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in property litigation within a commercial setting;
- Solid academic background and training from a recognised City or West End practice, or well regarded national or regional law firm.
