The Role

This market-leading Top 200 firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join one of the most prominent departments in Nottingham.

The firm are seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive to move into a more well-established regional practice with a national offering looking to invest and support you as you develop your practice further.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Residential Property teams and will work closely alongside existing Partners, developing your technical skills and learning from leading names in the industry.

You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of all residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, mortgages and transfers of equity. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion and be fully supported alongside a Paralegal.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• You will have excellent team and communication skills
• You will have a keen eye for career progression and business development
• Salary is above the market rate and negotiable depending on experience
