New - an excellent opportunity at NQ+ level for a Corporate Lawyer to join a top 100 firm right in the heart of Bristol city centre.

This is an exciting role where the quality of work is excellent, the team is both expert and supportive, and there is real potential for you to develop an outstanding career at a leading firm. The work will be interesting and varied, and will include sales and purchases of shares and assets, management buy outs and buy ins, shareholder agreements, partnership and LLP work, and a range of corporate support work as required supporting other core teams within the firm.

The ideal candidate will have had some experience working within a strong Corporate department already and will be looking for that next step up the ladder. My client is very busy with new workstreams.
