COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
Role Overview
This is the perfect opportunity for a commercial property solicitor looking to develop their knowledge and technical skills at an established Lancashire based law firm. You will handle your own caseload and assist partners on their more complex work.
To be considered you must be a qualified solicitor already specialising in commercial property work. The position is based in Lancaster, which is in close proximity to the train station.
The role would involve handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Sale and purchase of freehold retail & industrial units
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Sales and purchases of small businesses
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Previous knowledge gained in commercial / real estate work.
- Day to day handling of commercial property matters
- Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
- Participation in marketing activities (including networking)
- Able to work as part of a close-knit team
- Good communication skills
