Job Details

Why not join one of the top 100 and Legal 500 rated firms in Manchester? My client is looking for a Private Client Partner/Solicitor to join the growing team.

Main Duties:
  • Advising High Net Worth Clients with estate and tax planning
  • Experience in charity formation
  • Understanding tax structures
  • Supervising junior fee earner
  • Powers of attorney and registration
  • Trust advice including setting up, administration of trusts and the ending of trusts to include all tax aspects
  • Business Succession planning including Family Investment Companies
Ideal Candidate:
  • UK qualified Solicitor
  • STEP qualified
  • Experience in supervising junior fee-earners
  • Able to deal with high-value and complex cases
  • Build rapport and trust with clients
