Compliance & Risk Manager

Based in the West Midlands, my client is a publicly listed business, a leader in their field and have been established for over 20 years. They are currently looking to recruit a Risk & Compliance Manager.

The role will take responsibility for implementing and monitoring compliance at Group-level as well as monitoring local Risk and Compliance Policies and Standards across the UK business.

You will work closely with executive management in building a robust risk culture through risk awareness programs, training and campaigns; also focused on continuous improvement of the risk and compliance programs and processes.

To be successful in this role you will need to be build and/or develop good working relationships with stakeholders across the wider Finance, Operations, and Sales Teams within UK and the group-level teams internationally.

You will have a minimum of 4 years Risk & Compliance experience working in a regulated environment including FCA and Consumer Regulated businesses.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a substantial amount of autonomy, confident, diligent, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as within a team and who has excellent interpersonal skills.

The role will be a hybrid of office and remote working.
