Job Details
Our client is looking to offer the opportunity for a newly qualified Real Estate Associate to join their team in Guildford.
You will join a well-respected team of specialists who all commit to a jargon-free, commercial, and practical approach whilst developing long lasting relationships to deliver a premium service. The team pride themselves on being responsive and focused, advising on every aspect of commercial property. They have expertise that can be applied throughout the property asset lifecycle, including planning, investment, management advice to sale, redevelopment, and leaseback.
The role will include delivering a professional and creative service effectively to new and existing clients of the department. You will be expected to proactively seek work with other team members in the marketing of the firm's services and the development of the Real Estate department. It is important that you demonstrate good legal and commercial understanding of the client's particular needs, as well as good judgement. There will also be the expectation that you assist with other team member's cases and contribute to the administration of the Real Estate Team's business.
To be considered for this role, you will be newly qualified with previous experience in a Real Estate trainee seat. Ideally, you will have some experience of both commercial and residential leasehold property work, however this is not essential. You will be expected to have technical expertise, including the research of difficult matters both commercial and mixed-use real estate. There will also be the expectation that you can work effectively as part of a team, have sound decision making, and excellent organisational skills.
