Job Details
Our client, a cutting-edge corporate law firm, is looking to engage with a Commercial Real Estate Associate for a contract of 12 months within their top ranked team.
The team advises both domestic and international clients, including private individuals, property companies, large corporate entities, developers, insurance companies and institutional investors.
The team also assists with big ticket transactional work as well as portfolio asset management and high-profile lettings.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a broad range of good quality work including leasing, development, real estate joint ventures and funds, investments (acquisitions and disposals), forward sale/forward funding and real estate finance and corporate support.
In order to be considered for a role in this this sought-after team, you will have:
- Trained and gained between one and four years' post-qualification experience in the Commercial Real Estate team of a City, international, or strong regional law firm.
- A common sense, down-to-earth approach, and be a resilient problem solver.
- Commerciality and the ability to work in a sometimes fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
The role is to start ASAP and will be to cover a period of leave within the team. Applicants must be UK, Australia or New Zealand qualified.
