TSR Legal have an exceptionally rare opportunity in Cardiff for a senior level Residential Property Solicitor to join an established full service practice at either Senior Associate or Partner level. You'll either already be a Partner or a Senior Associate looking to take a step up and join reputable, award-winning, Legal 500 firm and lead in a busy and rewarding residential property team in Cardiff.

My client is based in Central Cardiff, and they are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join a successful department in this critical hire to lead and grow a conveyancing team.

You’ll be a Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor (7+ years PQE) with management experience and the technical ability to run and manage your own small caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion. You will be dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold properties.

You will be active in managing new clients and building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
