The Role
The team is looking for a Planning Partner to help enhance a growing practice, as part of a wider and dynamic Real Estate team.
They tailor their expert commercial advice to a vast range of clients, dealing with all aspects of Planning & Environmental law including planning permission, Section 106 agreements, highways & infrastructure, environmental due diligence, compliance advice, hydrocarbon planning, appeals, enforcement and judicial review.
The department deals with the highest quality of work, advising major redevelopments for developers, landowners and private individuals.
Requirements
- You will be a Planning Partner with good contacts and network
- You will have expert technical knowledge from a highly regarded firm
- Proven track record in developing an existing practice
