Commercial / IP / IT Lawyer
An excellent opening for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join one of the region's powerhouses.
Our client has a superb reputation for its commercial work, a reputation which has led to the firm being extremely busy during the downturn advising high profile clients.
You are likely to have a solid background in commercial work, having trained and worked at a recognised regional or City firm. You will be dealing with a full range of commercial work including public procurement, infrastructure and commercial contracts with a particular focus on the science, technology and innovation sectors. Evidence of some experience or a passion for this sector would be an advantage.
You will be working closely with the lead partner and the role will enable you to develop client relationships and get involved in business development whilst carrying out exceptional quality work. The role is likely to involve some travel and this should be something you are comfortable with.
