JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor – 12 months’ FTC

SALARY: up to £43,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join this firms established property team in Shropshire. This role will see the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor handle their own mixed caseload of matters to include leases, commercial developments, freehold and leasehold commercial properties and also acquisitions and disposals. You will be comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to hit the ground running from day one.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property matters. You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors code of conduct and the money laundering regulations. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
