Locum Childcare Lawyer – Midlands – OUTSIDE IR35 – Remote Working – 3-6 months initially– up to £50 per hour OUTSIDE IR35

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are thrilled to be recruiting for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join an excellent Local Authority in the Midlands. This assignment will be for an initial period of three to six months with the scope to possibly being ongoing thereafter and will be worked on a remote basis for the foreseeable future, with the exception of any Court commitments. The client is seeking a candidate either on a full time or part time basis. This assignment has been deemed OUTSIDE of IR35.

The ideal candidate would be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive who is able to handle a busy caseload of Childcare matters alongside conducting their own advocacy with professional experience gained within Local Government.

The Client has advised that they are seeking a candidate who can perform their own contested hearings, as this will form a key element of the role.

Duties may include:

An attractive hourly rate of up to £50 per hour OUTSIDE of IR35 regulations is offered for this position for the right candidate possessing the correct experience.
