OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join a highly reputable, Lexcel law firm, based in Birmingham, working within their wills and probate department.

The successful Private Client Legal Secretary will be working as part of a successful and growing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working within wills, trust and probate and wants to join a friendly and well-established team.

In this role as a Wills, Trust & Probate Secretary your key duties will include:

• Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone, and face to face
• Audio typing
• Dictation
• Assisting with general administrative duties
• Diary management

This is a full time, permanent position working hour 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
