Senior Corporate Counsel, Mandarin speaker, 4+ PQE - London

One of the fastest growing food delivery platforms in the world are looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its offices in London as the Head of Legal in the UK. This is an incredible opportunity for those with a history in corporate or commercial law looking to work or make the move in-house at an international organisation that has expanded their global business in over 60 cities across 10 countries.

Successful candidates will be England and Wales qualified with at least 4 years' experience either in-house or at an international, commercially focused law firm. You must be a Mandarin speaker.

Duties will include:

• Advising stakeholders on compliance with governance practices, laws and regulations;
• Lead board meeting preparations by drafting materials, minutes, resolutions and shaping content along with board members and other key stakeholders;
• Supporting the legal and strategy teams with M&A transactions;
• Supporting the Data team in managing the data transition process and making a record of all GDPR required steps;
• Supporting with business overseas and form new entities as they enter new countries.
