Job Details
You'll ideally be an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor with a solid background in handling litigated claims and have handled (or had exposure to) your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, running cases from instruction through to completion.
The department deals with an array of Housing Disrepair claims on behalf of tenants. You'll manage your own caseload of predominantly litigated files, which you'll handle from start to finish. Additional training will be provided but it would be preferable that you have some experience in HDR litigation and have dealt with your own litigated caseloads' previously.
On offer is a competitive salary (up to £32k) which will be in line with your previous experience alongside a full benefits package and on going training and development.
