Real Estate (Conveyancing)/Corporate Paralegal - Leeds

A leading UK law firm is looking for a junior paralegal to join their Leeds office. The role is permanent and will involve working with the team, dealing with residential conveyancing, acting on behalf of Corporate Buyers and Sellers.

The successful candidate will be managing a high volume of tasks for key clients. Specific duties will include drafting documents, obtaining documents from the land registry, liaising with clients, searches, processing exchange of contracts, completion procedures, dealing with Land Registry requisitions and registration procedures. This is not an exhaustive list, and there will be many general paralegal and administrative based tasks involved.

The successful applicant will have a good law degree and will preferably have completed the LPC. They must have exemplary IT skills, strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently in a calm, efficient and timely manner.
