Job Details
Our client, an international firm, are currently looking to hire two associates into their Funds team, one at the associate level (2-4 PQE) and an another at the Senior Associate level (5 PQE+).
As a member of the team, you will be advising fund managers, investors and other industry participants on a wide range of funds-related matters, including fund formations, joint ventures, co-investments, fund investments, secondary transactions and acquisitions of fund management businesses.
