Corporate Solicitor / Associate - NQ-4PQE - Southampton

Our client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Associate to join their Southampton office to support their successful and growing team.

Their large, dynamic team consists of specialist advisors who are trusted to handle matters for a broad range of clients, including SMEs, PLCs, owner-managed businesses, and serial acquirers. They specialise in areas such as Technology, Real Estate, Retail, Healthcare, and more.

To be considered for this role, you will have up to 4 years' PQE with experience gained from a leading regional or London firm. You will be expected to work on a range of matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, as well as private equity, and corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
