Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join a diverse and multi-cultural legal team within a leading entity in Saudi Arabia. This will potentially be a managerial role and the focus will be on corporate and KSA incorporation matters. The position will also involve working with the client's operationalisation team to craft resolutions for subsidiary boards, and the preferred candidate should be well versed in embedding controls that protect the interests of the parent company whilst allowing for the subsidiaries to conduct their business.
You should:
- Have Corporate law experience gained with a high-quality international law firm or in-house legal team.
- Have Middle East experience.
- Be a Proactive and genuine team player.
There is a preference for a lawyer who is bilingual in Arabic and English. Saudi qualified lawyers will be preferred but our client is happy to hear from other candidates.
Remuneration: £120k to £220k
