JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Essex

THE ROLE:
This forward-thinking, practice is looking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer keen to be part of a growing team where you will be seen, supported and rewarded. You’ll be empowered to progress your career as you’ll be managing your own caseload and be an integral member of the team. You will be expected to open around 30 new files per month with full support in place.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancer. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a conveyancing transaction from start to finish and a natural flair for being organised, hardworking and motivated.

THE FIRM:
