In House Residential Conveyancer

A Solicitor or Residential Conveyancing Executive is wanted for a unique central London In House opportunity with salary circa £35,000.  

The successful candidate will join a Property Investment company and use their know how to help manage a reduced sale and purchase caseload to conclusion. Day to day duties will vary and include the preparation of sales contracts and issuing of searches. The working environment will be different from that experienced in private practice, so as mentioned a smaller caseload and more knowledge driven than volume.

Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors or Residential Conveyancing Executives who are looking for a new challenge and to transition into somehting different from the day to day experienced in Private Practice. The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 3 years Conveyancing know how in a busy high street, regional or volume environment, be positively charged and a team player.
