Contracts Locum

Non-profit seeks a commercial locum for three to six months.

You will assist the GC in reviewing international engineering and equipment supply contracts. You will also help to establish a risk and review matrix for future contract management.

You will have extensive contract review experience. Ideally you will be comfortable with NEC matters. International, cross border experience is also sought – many contracts fall outside common law jurisdictions.

The role is largely home-based; though there is a desk at their ultra-modern spacious offices should you so wish.

You will likely be working Outside IR35.
