We are looking to attract a Solicitor to join our casualty team based remotely within our virtual Leeds office.

The role will involve handling a mixture of large loss casualty claims for a variety of clients including employers’ liability, public liability and potentially some claims on behalf of our public sector clients. Day to day duties include full case handling from start to finish covering assessing liability and quantum, drafting court documents, obtaining witness statements alongside standard file handling duties. It will also involve assisting some of our partners in the team with their high value cases, multi-track claims.

We are keen to hear from experienced Solicitors eager to secure a role within personal injury and supporting partners on their high value, complex claims. As well as a solid background in a similar role, we are looking for excellent communicators with strong negotiation skills. 

The role will be home-based, although may require the applicant to travel and meet with the team in Leeds from time to time
