Job Details
We are looking to speak to associates with high end residential experience in real estate law for a contract of 9 months to assist in covering a gap within the team.
This is an opportunity to have great amount of client exposure with support from Senior Associates and Partners and a chance to further your career within a reputable team that provides a platform to lead on high end residential sales.
If you are either England and Wales, Australian or New Zealand qualified lawyer looking for your next contract at a highly regarded law firm recognised for their industry-shaping innovation, you are able to start ASAP or within short notice and have 4+ years of solid working knowledge in the following, we would be excited to discuss this opportunity with you.
- Liaising with and reporting to clients
- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents
- Leading and/or assisting on residential legal structuring in relation to mixed use developments (such as Landlord and Tenant Act related structuring and service charge regimes);
- Drafting and/or assisting with the drafting of residential related precedents on high end residential projects.
The firm operates a hybrid working pattern, splitting their time between office and home working. However, for this contract, for candidates based further afield not wanting to commute into London, they will consider 100% remote working.
