Job Details
A well-established client in East Manchester our client is looking to expand their Corporate Commercial team. The ideal candidate will be a junior Solicitor from NQ+ who has a keen interest in Corporate Commercial work. Salary for the role will be negotiable
Our client is a well-stablished law firm in East Manchester and they're looking to recruit into their Corporate Commercial team. Candidates will be handling and assisting on, share sales and purchases, business and asset sales and purchases, company re-organisations, company secretarial services and incorporations, partnership agreements and conversions, you'll also be drafting various terms and conditions, general commercial documentation including confidentiality agreements, personal guarantees and terms and conditions for the sale and supply of goods and services. The above is some of services the firm provide in the department
Candidates will be at the junior end, my client will consider an NQ who will ideally have done a seat in Corporate / Commercial, upto 5 years. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience, any questions please get in touch with Lee Traylor at G2 Legal.
