Job Details
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-known regional firm who are looking to strengthen their Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of an ambitious and enthusiastic qualified solicitor or legal executive who has upwards of 3 years PQE.
You can expect a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters including insolvency and debt recovery.
The firm has some well established clients that need servicing and need a self-sufficient fee earner who can take responsibility for looking after the junior members of the team in support of their own career development.
You'll be happy to run your own busy varied caseload and set strategy for cases and you will become a go-to person for the region for Litigation.
Ideally you'll have trained or gained experience in a comparable Legal 500 law firm Litigation team.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Swindon area.
