Commercial Property Paralegal
 
This well established regional law firm wishes to appoint a conveyancing paralegal to join their busy office in Portsmouth.
 
The Firm
A legal practice with a long history as a traditional law firm providing a full compliment of legal services to clients along the south coast. The services include Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, Company Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Private Client, Commercial Property, Residential Property and Family Law.
 
The Role
The successful commercial property paralegal will support the commercial conveyancing team on all aspects of land and commercial property transactional matters.  The successful commercial property paralegal  will be required to  maintain excellent standards of work, achieving set targets.
 
The Candidate
The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable but conveyancing processes essential. Salary to £27,500.
