Private Client Solicitor

My long established Legal 500 client is looking to fill this crucial vacancy in its very busy private client department based in Wellington, Somerset. 

You will join this very well reputed team and inherit complex private client work from a long-standing employee who has been promoted. 

Your caseload will be interesting and complex to include wills, probate, trusts, IHT, and court of protection. This role will also include intestacy and agricultural succession planning work. Much of your work will be HNW. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are not intimidated by the process and deal with matters as sensitively as possible.

Candidates with an interest in agricultural and landed estates are encouraged to apply, although this experience is not essential. 

This role will suit an experienced solicitor, or possibly legal executive with at least 5 years+ PQE. You will likely join at Senior Associate level. 

As your predecessor has, you will develop, grow and be promoted within this firm. Your development is of upmost importance. 

This is a full-time position with flexible working to include both office and working from home.  

Competitive salary up to £65,000 + a competitive benefits package.
