Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required by one of the regions longest standing practices that is currently expanding its regarded Residential Conveyancing. The department is based out of central Merseyside, however entirely remote access is available and indeed encouraged! 

Joining this really well established department, you'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Fee Earner or Solicitor) looking to further your legal career as part of a well-established and friendly team. You'll have previous autonomous experience handling Residential Conveyancing transactions (from instruction through to completion) including, sales & purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity, right to buy etc.

The team overall is vastly experienced. You'll work alongside senior solicitors, licensed conveyancers and fee earners and have full support from administrators and legal assistants. You will have your own caseload of files, not be micro managed(!), and be expected to be able to work with little or no supervision.

The salary for this role is competitive (up to £40k!), in line with your previous experience, there is also a generous bonus system and full benefits (including on-site parking if office based) and the ability to work from home for the majority of the week.
