Commercial Property Solicitor - Asset Management

This fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor or associate solicitor to join this established and dynamic Plymouth based firm. 

To apply for this role, you will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor, or have up to 4 years’ PQE.  

You will be working with clients ranging from household names to national and regional businesses on a variety of commercial property matters, with a strong focus on landlord and tenant work for retail clients.

You will be involved in all aspects of asset management, from advising clients on acquiring, managing, and disposing of real estate to helping them plan for the future.

You'll develop strong relationships with these clients and work collaboratively with them, providing innovative solutions. There will be much cross over with the planning, construction, and property disputes departments. 

Being at the beginning of your career, you will be fully supported by your immediate team and the wider firm. You will most certainly be challenged, and your professional development will be second to none.
