This firm have been operating an industry leading team at the forefront of the UKs energy efficiency sector over 30 years, have managed some of the UK's largest carbon reduction initiatives and are now the largest owner operator of rapid electric vehicle charging stations across the UK.

They are now seeking a Real Estate Solicitor, 3+ years PQE to provide legal counsel to their thriving team in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

The Firm & Role

• The firm is the largest owner operator of rapid electric vehicle charging stations across the UK and have been operating at the forefront of the UKs energy efficiency sector for over 30 years.

• They currently own, install and maintain charging units all over the UK and expect to exceed 3,000 charging stations nationwide by 2024 as part of their exciting growth plans in this dynamic industry.

• You will be working with the in-house team across a broad diet of legal matters with a focus on drafting, reviewing and completing leases on the company's many charging stations spanning the UK.

• You will also be working closely with external solicitors and internal teams to ensure processes are followed throughout the lifetime of the project

The Ideal Candidate

• You will be a commercial property solicitor and you will have 3+ years of PQE.

• You will be able to work to deadlines whilst prioritising your own workload under pressure.

• You will have an enthusiastic, proactive and energetic approach to identifying issues and solving problems.

• With guidance (where appropriate), you will be able to progress tasks using initiative.
