A fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a highly prestigious firm dealing with a quality caseload of often high value domestic property transactions.

• Bristol City Centre firm (close to all transport hubs) seeks senior residential conveyancing solicitor to join and take leading role in very busy, demanding, residential property team.
• 50% workload shared ownership purchases, mostly in London.
• Must have extensive, high quality legal and procedural skills and experience.

• Shared ownership experience an advantage, though not essential.
• Must be able to work rapidly & efficiently with email.
• Informal office committed to high calibre work for clients nationally.
• London-style speeds of operation.
• Salary according to skills & experience.

The Work

• Residential property conveyancing from post-quotation through to post-completion. Shared ownership and straight transactions mixed - buying, selling - for clients all over England & Wales
• Fast-moving residential property work with a large proportion of London clients and London & South East properties
• To work as senior member of a small team in long-established Legal 500 listed niche firm
• Full-time
• Must be experienced in personally handling residential property transactions accurately from start to finish
• Must be very proficient in working by email - quick and responsive
• Needs to be meticulous and alert

About You

• Substantial previous experience of working in a residential conveyancing team
• Clear communication skills
• Meticulous accuracy
• Ability to work in a planned and organised way with the ability to multitask
• Monitoring and maintaining quality and productivity
• Excellent IT Skills particularly with email

• Consistency in meeting high quality standards of output
• Being comfortable with taking responsibility.
