The Employment team is renowned for its quality of work and this particular opportunity would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in all aspects of both contentious and non contentious employment law, from contracts of employment and disciplinary procedures to tribunals, redundancy and severance. Our client would also consider a foreign qualified Lawyer.

The team work closely with the Corporate and Commercial and Commercial Property teams to provide a holistic service for clients who may be buying or selling a business, or who are involved in a TUPE / business re-organisation situation. They also work closely with the Corporate and Commercial team in relation to corporate matters such as Shareholders’ Agreements and Share Option Schemes and act for  both local and national business's
