Job Details
An excellent opening has arisen for a probate solicitor, chartered legal executive or experienced fee-earner to join a successful team in Salisbury where you will be part of a wider private client department.
You will be a probate solicitor or legal executive or fee-earner with at least 4 years experience and ideally will be a member of STEP.
This is an opportunity to be involved with mainly the administration of large and complex testate and intestate estates and the preparation of Wills and LPA's. This opening would be suited to someone with a good knowledge of inheritance tax reliefs including business and agricultural property reliefs or have an interest to be involved and develop within these areas.
