Our client is a well-known global business who have instructed us on an outstanding In-house role. They are keen to appoint an exceptional Legal Counsel to advise their R & D and Product Development functions based out of their Hampshire coast site. If you are a brilliant commercial lawyer with experience in the R & D field, keen to embark on your next significant challenge then this opportunity should not be overlooked!
You will be welcomed into and complement the friendly and cohesive legal team supporting the Senior Counsel, where your skills will be fully utilised providing the full gamut of commercial legal expertise with a strong focus on its China hub activities. Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital to express what are often complex legal issues in a straightforward and compelling way to both internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, but not essentially you will hold experience of working with stakeholders in China, be familiar with the nuances of their culture, customs and speak Mandarin.
Flexibly, we welcome hearing from talented candidates who are London based (or it's surrounding areas) who are able to travel to the R & D site sporadically on the Hampshire coast.
