Job Details

A rare opportunity to join a long standing specialist firm in its Property Finance/Charging Team.

You will be working closely with Housing associations and Local Authorities and Charities on all aspects of property securitization work. From small funding to large scale debt capital transactions, you will be working closely on large scale portfolios, drafting certificates and registering legal charges. 
 
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience in property (particularly charging/property finance) work and acting for Housing Associations or charitable organisations is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Can work with autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with occasional tight deadlines, efficiently prioritising key tasks
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and relevant legal IT systems
  • A completed law degree/experience of the LPC or LLM is desirable but not essential
