 My client is a Legal 500, multi-office firm is looking to hire a property litigation solicitor to join their rural team in the Bristol office, this position has been created due to successive years of growth.
 
You can be either based in the office, hybrid or working from home.

You will ideally be a solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and have sufficient experience in property litigation with an interest in other contentious rural client matters.  The emphasis of the role will be on contentious land matters with the opportunity to get involved in farm partnership disputes, farm inheritance disputes, contractual disputes, and negligence claims. If you haven’t dealt with any or all these matters, this will not be a restricting factor, what’s important is that you are someone who has excellent client care skills and are ambitious / keen to be a part of the long-term growth plans.
