The role is based within the firms' Regulatory team, employing over 80 people throughout the UK. The firm act for a wide range of clients' across market sectors and continue to expand, based on providing highly successful legal services, and the Regulatory team require and experience Prosecution Solicitor with at least one of the following skill sets; Criminal prosecution Commercial/Civil Litigation Professional Discipline Claimant Professional Negligence The work will involving investigating allegations of professional misconduct cases against professionals and collecting witnesses statements, building a prosecution case attending hearings and disciplinary panels, liaising with counsel and managing paralegals assisting upon case work. Essentially, the firm require enthusiastic, highly motivated and individuals willing to learn and develop a career. Hybrid working is available including flexible and agile working. Comprehensive benefits include healthcare, pension, bonus. Salary from £54,000 to £70,000 depending upon experience. Experience from NQ level, subject to relevant training in any of the aforementioned areas of law, above.
